need to see a doctor urgently, any information that you can give helps the receptionists
and doctor to assess how best to arrange this.
Although we try to give appointments with the doctor of your choice, this may not always be possible if you need to be seen quickly.

only and for people who are working during routine surgery opening hours.
Keep it or cancel it – but don’t forget it!
If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible so that it may be given to someone else.

This is an emergency service who will pass your request on to the Duty Doctor.
This service cannot take any other sort of message from patients, such as making
surgery appointments or dealing with requests for repeat prescriptions.
It is more appropriate in extreme emergencies (eg. severe chest pain, collapse)
to dial 999 for an ambulance, or accidents to go to Accident & Emergency
Dept at the Princess Royal Hospital.
