Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

Please ensure that you order these in good time and not when you are just about to run out!

Two working days' notice is required for a prescription to be made out and signed.

REQUESTS FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS CANNOT BE TAKEN OVER THE TELEPHONE.

The requests should be made using the tear-off repeat prescription form attached to the prescription and can be left at Reception or sent in the post. If you leave a stamped addressed envelope we can return them to you otherwise you will need to collect them from the Surgery.
