Confidentiality

Access To Medical Records

Your medical records are confidential. You do have the right to access them in accordance with the "Access to Records Act 1990" and if you do this you will have to give your signed consent to disclose information to third parties. The only exceptions are the provision of information when making a referral to another doctor or disclosure required by statute.

Internet Appointment Booking & Request for repeat prescription are available; please ask your GP or the Reception for more details.
